EPS4.01 Using a modified glucose challenge test (GCT) as a screening tool for cystic fibrosis diabetes

Background: Annual screening for CF-related diabetes (CFRD) is recommended from age 10 in the UK. Regular oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) or Continuous monitoring (CGM) difficult to achieve (35% of patients ≥10 yr had CFRD 2021, UK CF Registry Data).
